Description of Issue

eProcurement support is requesting for a sample raw CXML file located in Tyler's app server.

Cause

File is generated within the Munis application server which TSM SaaS Support can upload the requested file to Kiteworks. 



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM SaaS Support for further assistance in the Support Portal and provide the date of the file required.



Additional Information

Note that a CXML file is only saved to the temp folder when munis generates an error during purchase order processing.
