Description of Issue

When opening a program the message The System Control record is incomplete displays and does not allow the program to open.



Context

  • System Administration



Cause

The System Settings program is not completely populated



Resolution

Navigate to System Settings (System Administration > General Administration) 

  1. Click Update

  2. Tab through all fields, populating required fields as necessary

  3. Click Accept

Return to program which received the error and attempt to access again.
