Description of Issue

ESS mobile is skipping the ESS 2FA and it is causing clearance issues.



Context

  • Munis Self Service (MSS) 

  • Employee Self Service (ESS) 

  • 2 Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • Munis Mobile



Cause

Bug in ESS Mobile causing it to skip 2-Factor Authentication



Resolution

This is a bug and our Development team is actively working on it. As a workaround disabling 2 Factor Authentication for ESS can be done.
