LA PEP - October Generate criteria

What does the Generate look at in order for employees to be included in October PEP?

• Payroll 

• Louisiana

• LA PEP Report

• The employee’s Active Status in the Employee Master must be A- Active.

• The Location field on the employee’s Employee Master record must fall within the Location range defined on the LA PEP Report Generate screen.

• The Hire date on the dates tab of the Employee Master must be on or before 10/1 of the Beginning School Year defined on the LA PEP Report Generate screen.
