Description of Issue

When attempting to post or delete a Contract Change order, an error occurs:

cmContractsio_deleteChgord: Execute delete_Contracts 30: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_Contract_ContractAmountLine". The conflict occurred in database "munprod", table "dbo.ContractAmountLines", column 'ContractId'.
