Schema error submitting OK TRS Monthly Opted Out file

The Oklahoma TRS Opt-Out file has a schema error - 

Schema error message for MonthlyContributionReport_YYYYMMDD.xsd (newest monthly schema): The following element was found in the file but is invalid because it does not match the schema: 

'OptedOutReport'. Location: /*: OptedOurReport[1]

• Payroll

• Oklahoma

• OK TRS Report

This will be corrected under (master) work ticket MUN-446981.  Install when available. 

Work around: 

Manually edit the xml file replacing both instances of <OptedOutReport> with <EmployerReport>
