MN PERA Demographic file including employees with no changes

• When I create the MN PERA Demographic report each payroll, some employees continuously show, file after file, and they have had no changes.

• Demographic file including employees that shouldn't be included. 

• Payroll

• Minnesota

• MN PERA Maintenance

• MN PERA Reporting 

Enrollment Record field, Member Information Record field, or Employment Status Change field in MN PERA Maintenance is check marked.

Review MN PERA Maintenance record and make sure the Enrollment Record field, Member Information Record field and Employment Status Change fields are not checked. 

Select Update to maintain as needed.  

When you create the Demographic file, the MN PERA Reporting program should uncheck those flags for employees being included in the current file.  If the issue resurfaces, please contact Munis State Reporting Support.
