How to launch Content Manager Full Client 64-Bit version

Cause




Resolution

There are two ways the CM Full Client can be accessed.

  • From the Tyler Menu:

    1. Navigate to System Administration > General Administration > TylerCM for Munis Settings

    2. Launch the first Document Explorer URL link in a new tab

    3. The CM Full Client launch screen will be presented 

    4. Toggle Advance Options

    5. LaunchWith64-BitJava (JLink)

  • From the CM HTML Viewer Panel:

    1. From the CM HTML Viewer (when viewing any given document in CM through Munis), select the first part of the URL up to the word viewer

    2. Paste this URL into a new tab 

    3. The CM Full Client launch screen will be presented 

    4. Toggle Advance Options

    5. LaunchWith64-BitJava (JLink)
