GA CPI is reporting with incorrect contract days



Description of Issue

When generating the CPI report it is pulling the incorrect contract days into the file.

Cause

Days for Primary Job Only was not selected when generating



Resolution
  1. Select Days for Primary Job Only

  2. Generate Period Records

  3. Select Back to return to opening define screen and create the submission file



Additional Information

On the Generate screen there is an option for Days for Primary Job Only. When this is selected the Contract Days for Certified Employee would only include Days Per Year from the primary base pay record.  If left unchecked, Days Per Year is summed for all pays defined as Base Pay or Additional Day Pay for all active jobs in Employee Job/Salary. Â
