NH ERS Job Class and Employment Type are missing

When I generate the NH ERS Report some employees are missing the NH ERS Job Class and Employment Type

• Payroll

• New Hampshire

• NH ERS Report

The program pulls the ERS Job Class from the Reference field in Job Class Master, and the ERS Employment Type from the Summary Field in Job Class Master

Which Job Class Master record is used is determined by the following.

1. If only one Job Class is found this is used
2. If more than one Job Class is found, the program looks for the employee's primary Job. 
3. If the employee's primary Job Class is not found, the program uses the Job Class with the most earnings for the reporting time period
