Description of Issue

KPPA will require a separate payment reason for paraprofessional pay.

Cause

Request from KDE and KPPA



Resolution

Changes being added under (master) work ticket MUN-444604.  Install when released. 

Changes: 

  • Position Status must be Paraprofessional for all paraprofessional pay – this means a
    separate record if the employee has more than one position (example: regular full time, but
    also a coach).

  • Payment Reason must be Paraprofessional.

  • Contract Days must be zero.

  • Scheduled Hours Per Day should be 0, but is not required.

  • Rate of Pay is required and must be yearly or hourly.

  • Type of Rate of Pay is required and must be yearly or hourly.
