Turn off Budget Checking at the Budget Rollup level

Can you turn off the Budget Rollup level Budget Check without deleting the Rollup code?

Setup accounts to use Budget Rollup codes but for some towards the end of year site wants to turn off the budget check so that overbudget warning do not occur

1. Go to Munis > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Setup/Chart of Accounts > Chart Manager

2. Select the Rollup Code tab

3. Select the Rollup Code from the list or Type it into the Code field to search for it

4. Uncheck the Used in Budget Validation box on the rollup code

5. Select Save
