Override budget based on accounts object code

Can budget override permission be set based on Object Code?

Budget Check

Cause

All accounts with a particular object need to have access to budget override capabilities.

Resolution

Budget overrides can not be assigned by Object code. Current functionality allows a budget check to be disabled by org code, via permissions by user, or through the user of a budget override password.
