What is the Anchor Date represent in the FLSA Calendars in Overtime Tables for Payroll?

Cause




Resolution

To find the FLSA Calendar:

  1. Go to Overtime Tables (Payroll>Payroll Setup>Overtime Tables)

  2. Click FLSA Calendars in the toolbar. 

  3. Search for the applicable Code. Click Accept

  • The Anchor Date can be defined with the first day of the FLSA period along with defining the Increment (example 7 for 7 days or 14 for two weeks, etc.) 

  • This removes the need to define and manually maintain the Period, Start and End dates for all years going forward.
