Fund set up is incorrect

Please contact MUNIS General Ledger Support

General Ledger Menu > Set up Chart of Accounts > Chart Manager

1. Enter Fund Number
2. Click Enter
3. Review the First Period field

This field should only have a value for Non-Standard funds

If there is a number in that field and the fund is not a Non-standard fund, please contact MUNIS General Ledger Support

       4. Review the Multiyear check box

If this is checked and shouldn't be there is an issue with the fund
