Change the Current Collection Year in Tax Settings

Need to change the current collection year in Tax Settings. 

• Property Tax Billing 

• Tax Settings (txparmnt) 

The collection year should be updated to the new collection year at the start of the new year's first bill run. This field also automatically populates the year in other programs and affects certain processes. 

1. Navigate to the Tax Settings program either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Assessor Setup > Tax Settings 

2. Click Update. 

3. Click the Collection tab at the top. 

4. Type the desired year in the Current collection year field. 

5. Click Accept.
