Copy Business License Cycle Code dates

Establish billing dates prior to generating business license bills

• Start of Year

• Billing Dates

• Cycle Codes

Informational

1. Property Revenues > Business Licenses > Setup > Cycle Codes

2. Click Search

3. Click Accept

4. Click Copy Dates

5. Enter required information

   1. Model year= current/previous year

   2. Target year= new/next year

6. Click Yes to proceed with copy

7. Click OK

 Look at the Cycle Dates folder at the bottom of the Cycle Codes program to confirm dates after copying.  Always confirm these dates are correct before running Gen AR.
