Import Hub Users from Existing Munis Users

Description of Issue

Client would like to prepopulate Hub users to skip onboarding process



Context

Resolution

  1. Log into Hub environment

  2. Click gear icon in the lower left and select Administration

  3. Under User Management select User Import/Export and then Munis User Import

  4. Select Munis user role to import users from dropdown

  5. Set Access Level from dropdown to Enabled

  6. Select Onboarding Status from dropdown

  7. Select roles and templates or set them to defaults

  8. Click the checkbox to Import Dashboard Favorites if desired and enter Dashboard URL

  9. Click Import in the upper right corner
