How to Create an Employee Earnings Report for Specific Period



Description of Issue

I am looking for a report that will display earnings data for a specific payroll period.

  • Detail Check History Report



Cause




Resolution

These figures can be pulled from the Detail Check History Report.

  1. Go to Detail Check History Report (Payroll>Employee History>Detail Check History Report)

  2. Search for the check date range (example 01/01/2021:12/31/2021) and other relevant information. 

  3. Click Accept and choose desired output.



Additional Information

This report will reference the Check Date field defined in Payroll Start and Status to determine which earnings will pull in.
