Description of Issue

When trying to connect to Cubes using Microsoft Excel, the login screen shows: The following system error occurred: No such host is known.

Cause

No DNS entry exists for the CNAME value for the Cubes URL.



Resolution

Contact TSM SaaS for resolution.
