CSS creating duplicate Permit Applications

CSS creating duplicate Permit Applications

Description of Issue

Duplicate Permit Applications were created in Munis that were entered from CSS

Context
  • Permits and Code Enforcement

  • CSS

  • Application Entry

Cause

While on the CSS Permits and Inspections Confirmation screen, clicking the refresh browser button will create duplicate Permit Applications in Munis

Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. Install MUN-448568 once available

Workaround would be to not refresh the CSS page while processing Permit Applications. Until fix is available, a note on the CSS welcome screen to remind citizens not to refresh the page when processing Permits.

Contact Munis Community Development Support for further assistance
