Description of Issue

E-mails are received for service request notifications and approvals from the SRA business rule, but not for rejections

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version:

  • 2019.1.22.2957 - MUN-396723

  • 2021.5.0.1687 - MUN-448605

  • 2021.6.0.1375 - MUN-448606

  • 2021.7.0.1082 - MUN-448607
