Description of Issue
customers are not able to attach documents to their building permit applications

Permitting and Inspections
Cause
A setting is preventing the uploads for attachments. Boxes not checked in Citizens Administration/Permit Inspections to Allow new attachments uploads for Applications associated with linked accounts..
Resolution
Check the following to ensure proper setup:
Navigate to your SELF-SERVICE website.
Log in as a user with administrative privileges
Chose Citizens Administration-Permits Inspections
Check box to Allow new attachments uploads for Application associated with users linked accounts
After your application has been summitted Choose File and Upload
