Customers are unable to add attachments in CSS

customers are not able to attach documents to their building permit applications

• Permitting and Inspections

A setting is preventing the uploads for attachments.  Boxes not checked in Citizens Administration/Permit Inspections to Allow new attachments uploads for Applications associated with linked accounts..

Check the following to ensure proper setup:

1. Navigate to your SELF-SERVICE website.

2. Log in as a user with administrative privileges

3. Chose Citizens Administration-Permits Inspections

4. Check box to Allow new attachments uploads for Application associated with users linked accounts

5. After your application has been summitted Choose File and Upload
