Description of Issue

I get an error in CSS when using the citizens link from User Admin

Error Message: Cannot retrieve Application Method and Parcel Validation values - Business Parameter not found.

Cause

Business License parameters are missing from the database.

Resolution

Contact Munis Community Development Support to have parameters added to the table to resolve the error.
