MO OASIS Retirement Report - Hours are not pulling in

Hours are not pulling into the MO OASIS Retirement Report.

UOM in the Pay Master was A - Amount.

If pay types should be included, the UOM on the Pay Master needs to be changed to H - Hourly or D - Daily.

The program will only attempt to calculate Hours when the Retirement System value is R or X.

In that scenario, Hours calculate as follows:

1. The program sums the hours and pay amounts from earnings history for each pay type defined as 'Pay Types for Hours', for each warrant with a check date in the defined reporting month (or for each warrant, when you generate by warrant).

2. If the UOM on the Pay Master is H, OASIS Hours = the sum of hours from step 1.

3. If the UOM on the Pay Master is D. OASIS Hours are set dependent on the Hourly Rate in Employee Job/Salary

A. If Hourly Rate is 0.00, OASIS Hours = the sum of Hours from Step 1 multiplied by the value you define in the "Default Hours per Day" field on the Generate.

B. If Hourly Rate does not equal 0.00, OASIS Hours = the sum of Amounts from Step 1 divided by the Hourly Rate in Employee Job/Salary.

When the UOM = A - Amount, this indicates that the pay is for additional work.  Gross is added, but hours are not calculated.
