Resolution

NSF Fees can be removed from Utility Bills by performing a bill adjustment to remove the fee amount. Please use the following steps to complete this process.

  1. Tyler Menu > Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Bill Processing > Bill adjustment Management > Bill Adjustments
  2. Enter Bill Number, AR Category, Year
  3. Accept
  4. Find NSF Fee > Update > Change Base/flat Amount to 0.00
  5. Accept
  6. Select output option
  7. Release/Post
