Users are receiving error Unable to load import file during pre-edit when using a custom import template

Import Journals

A known defect is resulting in the Unable to load import file during pre-edit when cells of the first row are not in Text or General when using the option to skip the first line of the import file

Master work ticket, MUN-409451, has been created and sent to development for review.

Users can go to excel and update the first row to either Text or General and save to import file successfully.

In Excel:

1.  Click on the 1 of the first row to highlight the row
2. Right click on a cell the row
3. Click Format Cells
4. Click either General or Text
5. Click Ok
6. Save and exit the file
7. Reimport using the file
