Description of Issue

How do I find what to enter for the Munis web service URL in EnerGov?

Cause

Web service URL is needed for EnerGov and Munis integration

Resolution
  1. Obtain the Munis web service base URL: Munis Web Service and Web Apps URL locations
  2. Append /arwshdlr to the end of the base URL
    1. Ex: https://tylertown.com/test/munis/gas/svc/ws/r/mugws/arwshdlr

  3. The URL can be added into EnerGov under System Settings > System Integration > Tyler Financial Integration

    1. EnerGov 2021: From the menu on the left, select System Set Up > under the System Settings section, select Integration Settings

Additional Information

To test that the URL works, use the base webservice URL/arwshdlr?WSDL and paste that into a web browser. If the URL is correct, the screen should return XML data.
