Move Applicant Attachments to a different version

Description of Issue

We recently upgraded from 11.3 to 2019.1 and during the process, our external DNS was pointing to 11.3, now we have Applicant Attachments stored in 11.3, how can we move this information over to 2019.1?

Employee Self Service (ESS)

Cause

External DNS lead to users submitting to the wrong version of Munis

Resolution

There is no function to move or copy data from one version/environment to another
We recommend to have the applicants resubmit through ESS once root cause is resolved
