Description of Issue

Error posting over / short adjustment batch

Cause

There could be unposted adjustments in the Bill Detail Adjustments program that need to bill posted, at minimum

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Property Revenues>Property Tax Billing>Northeast>Massachusetts>Collection Processing>Bill Detail Adjustments 
  2. Click Browse
  3. Select any batch that may show
  4. Click Resume Batch
  5. Be sure all adjustments are bill posted
  6. Once bill posted, try the write off process again
