OCAS Export - Verify Accounts - Unable to import file

Description of Issue

Trying to import Oklahoma State Department of Education website coding error results into the OCAS Export program and the screen closes after selecting Import.

Cause

Something wrong in Excel file from reporting agency.

Resolution

Copy all data from original sheet
Paste as "values only" into a new sheet.

Additional Information

OCAS establishes mandated relationships between various segments which then need to be cross referenced against the GL chart of accounts. The State will allow for the OCAS file to be uploaded at any time during the year. If any OCAS accounts are found to be invalid, the State will generate an Excel file listing the invalid OCAS accounts. This file will then be imported into Munis using the Verify Accounts option in the OCAS Export program. All Munis accounts associated with the invalid OCAS account can then be reported using the Export Accounts option.
