Unable to find unposted change orders showing on Encumbrance utility report

• An asterisk * is displaying in the General Ledger Encumbrance Utility when there are no unposted Purchase Order or Contract change orders in the system
• Invalid asterisk appearing in glencute when GEN journals are in proof 

• General Ledger Encumbrance Utility

• Purchase Order Change Orders
• Contract Change Orders

A known defect is causing an erroneous asterisk to display on the report when GEN journals are in proof for the same account that is receiving the JNL error

• Work ticket MUN-409080 is open with Development to address this issue.
• The temporary workaround is to either delete or post the GEN journals in General Journal Entry/Proof.
