ESS Time Entry - Add A Line Item is missing

Description of Issue
  • When we go to add a line item for a new entry on an cell we are unable to see the hyperlink for "Add a line item"
Context

  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Employee Self Service (ESS)
  • Time Entry
Cause
  • The Time Entry cell already has an approved Time Entry submission
Resolution
  • You are unable to use Add A Line Item if the cell already has an approved Time Entry submission

  • There is no workaround to this behavior
