No SOAPAction header! error

Got a error in the ExecuTime logs when trying to get on the webpage. 

ERROR [org.apache.axis.EXCEPTIONS] (default task-50) Generating fault class: no SOAPAction header!

• ExecuTime
• Tylerworkflow
• ET
• TWF
• Logs

The instance was not started or needs to be restarted. Open up the server logs and take note of the error you are receiving. 

1. Go to services
2. Find instance 
3. Right click instance
4. Click Start

If the Instance is already started you will need to restart the Instance for the error to go away.
