Description of Issue
Got a error in the ExecuTime logs when trying to get on the webpage.Â
ERROR [org.apache.axis.EXCEPTIONS] (default task-50) Generating fault class: no SOAPAction header!

Cause
The instance was not started or needs to be restarted. Open up the server logs and take note of the error you are receiving.Â
Resolution
- Go to services
- Find instanceÂ
- Right click instance
- Click Start
Additional Information
If the Instance is already started you will need to restart the Instance for the error to go away.
