Granting Tyler Hub Administrative Access

• I am a site administrator and need to be granted Tyler Hub administrative access.
• User needs Hub admin access
• No user on site has access to tyler hub administration
• Tyler Hub admin settings unavailable
• Unable to add other users within Tyler Hub

User needs HUB Administrative access.

To grant a user Tyler Hub Administrative access:

1. Sign into the desired HUB environment as a user with HUB Administrator permissions (usually Munis or Tylerservice).
2. Click on the Administration settings (cog wheel) button.
3. Under User Management click on Role Maintenance.
4. Under User Application Rights click on System Administrator.
5. Under Add Users select the necessary users and click Save at the bottom of the page.

The selected users are now set up as HUB Administrators and should have administrative access the next time they sign into the HUB environment.

If NO user on site has access to Tyler Hub Administration, please contact TSM Support via the client support portal.
