Employee Unable to See the Overtime CompTime Conversion Box

Description of Issue

Employees are unable to see the conversion box for overtime/comptime on their Timecard.

Cause

Having Show Job Costing Splits checked prevented the conversion box from displaying.

Resolution

To restore the overtime/comptime conversion box as a Supervisor:

  1. Select Supervisor Actions
  2. Select Employee Time Maintenance
  3. Uncheck the box for Show Job Costing Splits

To restore the overtime/comptime conversion box as an Employee:

  1. Select Employee Actions
  2. Select Timecard Inquiry
  3. Uncheck the box for Show Job Costing Splits
