Description of Issue
  • The Campaign End Date is set to the wrong value and is not allowing for current year deductions to pull in
  • We are seeing multiple years of Benefit Enrollment data in ESS

Cause

The Campaign End Date is incorrectly set in the program Enrollment Campaign Manager

Resolution
  • You are unable to update the Campaign End Date in Munis
  • Please contact Munis Human Resources Support and reference this article
Additional Information
  • In the case, please provide the following details
    1. Self-Hosted/Tyler-Hosted Status
    2. Issue Campaign Code
    3. Current Start Date and End Date of Campaign Enrollment
    4. Requested new End Date for Campaign Enrollment End Date


  • If you are a Tyler-Hosted Client, please identify your client MU number


  • If you are a Self-Hosted Client, please prepare a GoToAssist to your Application Server
