Moving accumulators to a new Deduction code

Description of Issue
We have some deduction codes in the 5000-5999 range that are adding to Local Income Tax (LIT) gross on W-2s that should not. We have created codes in the 6000 range and the accumulators need to be moved to the new codes.Â
