My User tries to open Actions History Inquiry but gets a message of No Access Permissions

Description of Issue
  • Trying to open Actions History Inquiry program in Munis by going to Human Resources > Personnel Actions but getting the below message:
    • No access permissions for user: XXXX
Context

Cause
  • User does not have Category Access to Employee Detail History for Employee Master Main and Personnel Actions
Resolution
  1. Access roles by going to Roles program
    • Menu > System Administration > Security > Roles
  2. Click Search and locate the issue role record
  3. Select Human Management and Payroll under the Module View tab
  4. Select Category Access Tab and scroll to the category for Employee Detail History and define access for the Employee Master Main and Personnel Actions columns
