An Enrollment Period Record was created in MO OASIS for an employee that wasn't paid.

Cause

Employee had a hire date within defined reporting period.

Resolution

Record should be expected; Submit file. 

Additional Information

The MO OASIS program should generate an enrollment record for all employees who have a record in MO Retirement Maintenance and an Employee Master Hire date within the reporting period, regardless of pay history.
