Unable to generate WSDLs in Munis

Incorrect FGL Directory (FGLDIR) in XCFs and Set Scripts

1. Login to Munis Application Server
   1. Edit the environment's Set Script in Notepad
      1. Change FGLDIR from 2.50.16 to 2.50.31
      2. Save the the Set Script
   2. Edit the environment's two XCFs in Notepad 
      1. Change FGLDIR from 2.50.16 to 2.50.31
      2. Save the the XCFs
   3. Restart Gas for the environment
2. Login to the Munis Environment
   1. Click on the Tyler Menu
      1. Select System Administration
         1. Select General Administration
            1. Select Web Services
               
               1. Click Generate WSDLs in the top right corner
