  • Should we be adding or duplicating in Employee Job/Salary? 
  • Executing a job change in Employee Job/Salary

Cause
  • Records can be added with Add or Duplicate, which is best practice? 
Resolution
  • We recommend to use the following rule of thumb
    1. Duplicate if you are changing any fields except for Job Class
    2. Manually Add if you are changing the Job Class field
