Position Control import for Benefit FTE folder

Description of Issue

We are looking to see if there is a way to import directly into the tables that are associated for position control. For example, we are needing to assign the Benefit FTE types to 8000+ positions

There is no functionality to import into the Position Control > Benefit FTE folder
