Header amounts not updating in Budget Projection when a package is reversed through Budget Scenarios

Undo a Package posting through Budget Scenarios, details are removed but header amount remains

Only happens when the account has no other budget details within the projection

• Next Year Budget Entry
• Central Budget Entry

The work ticket MUN-334728 is currently open with Development to address this issue. 

For now, manual updates to the accounts will be required in Central Budget Entry or Next Year Budget Entry after the package posting has been reversed.
