ExecuTime - Delete pending time-off request from historic pay period

We have an employee that has  PTO hours request from 2019 that is still in pending but we cannot delete, or decline it. The day was never taken.

• ExecuTime
• Payroll Functions
• Supervisor Actrions

Record couldn't be deleted or declined because the pay period was locked.

1. Access Time Balancing: Payroll Functions > Time Balancing
2. Click History select the Pay Period
3. Uncheck Lock This Pay Period
4. Access Manage Time-Off: Supervisor Actions > Manage Time-Off
5. Enter the time frame for the day the request was submitted
6. Navigate to the employee and click Delete or Decline
