  • What does the Names Level field in ESS do?

Cause
  • Informational
Resolution
  • If the user has a supervisory role, the Names Level field indicates the level of subordinate information the user is able to view
  • For example, when this box contains the number two (2), the user is able to view information for subordinates of their own subordinates; if this box contains a zero (0), the user is not able to view information for any subordinates
Additional Information
  • If you would like to maximize this field you can enter 99, however, be aware that ESS begins to slow down for users with access to hundreds of subordinates
