Bid Awarding Screen Shows 0.00 for Awarding Items in Bid Central

• Bid Amounts are coming in as $0.00 on the Bid Awarding screen
• Error Missing required items is displayed on the Vendor in the Bid Awarding screen

This occurs due to the Global Setting Allow use of Manufacturers with Commodities being enabled in Purchasing Settings 

1. Navigate to Munis > Financials > Purchasing > Setup > Purchasing Settings > Global Settings
2. Click Update
3. Uncheck Allow use of manufacturers with commodities
4. Click Accept
