Schedule Import option not available in the BAI Import program

When defining an import in the BAI Import program, the 'Schedule Import' setting does not show; therefore, the import cannot be scheduled.

• Scheduler

This option is not accessible if the Move BAI file on import setting is not turned on in your Bank Reconciliation Settings.

In order to turn on the Move BAI file on import setting to allow BAI Imports to be scheduled, please follow the process below:

Financials>Cash Management>Bank Reconciliation>Bank Reconciliation Settings

1. Click Update
2. You will need a Munis Employee to enter the Munis Employee Password
   1. Please contact either your Implementation Consultant, Project Manager, or Munis Financial Support to assist with this password
3. Turn on the Move BAI file on import setting
4. Click Accept

Now, when you refresh the BAI Import program, the Schedule Import option will now be available.
