Cannot email Payroll Advices

Description of Issue

When trying to email a payroll advice the message Email Option EmployeeEmail is Empty displays.

Cause

The Suppress Check Number checkbox is selected in Payroll Run Control program. If the Suppress Check Number check box is selected, the system does not allow for the check number to be included when archiving the check to TCM.

Resolution
  1. In Munis go to Payroll > Payroll Setup > Payroll Control Settings.
  2. In the Payroll Control Settings program click on the Run Control toolbar option.
  3. Under the Processing Options tab, clear the Suppress Check Number checkbox.
  4. Repeat these steps for all payroll run control records.
Additional Information

You will need to verify that an email address does exist on the employee master record for each employee who is trying to receive an emailed advice.
