We just upgraded from 11.3 to 2019.1, when should we use Duplicate over Generate in Position Control?

Using Duplicate in Position Control is intended to create a new instance of the same record, with a new effective date
- An example scenario would be when needing to update the General Ledger account information or the Supervisor
Using Generate in Position Control is intended to create entirely new Position Control records
- An example scenario would be when needing to create new and unique Position Control codes
